Most times fear is what inhibits us from that which we were sent out to do in this world, it first comes at a thought , then if care is not taken, it grows from a thought to a state of mind then the victim is left to give excuses to boy-cot taking up a particular activity.
“No, I can’t my cloths are not good enough”
“No, I am not going to be around”
“No, I am a shy person”
“No, I just can’t”.
I could go on and on on the different forms of excuses that could be given but Looking critically at those statements, you would realize the extent of negative thinking and lack of good self-esteem.
“positivity begats good productivity, and negativity begats just the opposite”
“Having a good self-esteem sparks up a good self-productivity” Or what do You think ? 😎
If you must come out of that shell or if your inner star should shine. Then the first step to take is to propagate that postive thinking, have the mind set that what ever act you want to take would definately turn out fine, at the same time defeating any form of worry especially that of failure and disgrace.
Having a high self-esteem also should be in check as that would break forms shyness.t
In the end lets believe in ourselves so that we can discover our true selves. Lets surround ourselves with people that will bring the best out of us. Lets avail ourselves for life oppurtinies. Lets Love Live.
